Point Lonsdale Luxury Accommodation

We aimed to create the most Luxurious Accommodation at Point Lonsdale, by getting the fundamentals right. Number 35 Bed and Breakfast guests enjoy natural light-filled rooms, each with a king-size bed or two singles in spacious surrounds, an ensuite with enclosed toilet and private balcony.

Number 35 Bed and Breakfast comprises 3 suites.

All rooms are double-glazed, with acoustic baffles in the walls and floors for all the quiet you need. All guests have access to two other living areas, an additional toilet / powder room, a solar-heated lap pool and off-street parking.

Each bedroom has a concealed fridge, desk and preparation area, wall mounted digital TV/DVD, an Ipod dock/clock/alarm unit. Internet access, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, toiletries, leather tub chairs and an outdoor setting are all part of the service

All rooms are supplied with exquisite white cotton linen, silk filled doonas, and carefully selected works of art and Flaxfield towels.

There are coffee and tea making facilities supplemented with home-made treats

Number 35 has a non-smoking policy.

In the interests of other guests, we do not cater for children. 

Breakfast is served from 8am – until 10.30am,  prepared by your hosts in the dining area. Both continental and cooked breakfasts are available.There is a selection of preserves, fresh fruit and compote of fruit, bircher muesli and other specially-selected cereals, freshly- squeezed orange juice, yogurts and a choice of two hot breakfasts (menu varied regularly). Of course, there is a choice of  T2 premium teas and freshly-ground, filtered coffee.
