On Friday August 6th 2010 Kylie Kwong completed the last of her tour lunches to complete the launch of her new book "It Tastes Better." More than 60 people were in attendance to sample a number of her dishes prepared by local chefs Simon and Alison Donohue. The event was organized by Mary Lou Gilbert of the Queenscliff Book Shop and was held at the new and very modern Number 35, which comfortably accommodated the luncheon guests in the light filled kitchen / entertaining area. Wines were provided by local winery, Banks Rd Winery. Kylie spoke generously and passionately about the importance of sourcing quality local produce which is a philosophy that Marg and Paul Martin have embraced in their new up-market traditional bed and breakfast.
